Integrity tests should be performed annually or after any building works. The tests predict how long the gaseous suppression agent takes to descend below the minimum protected height or disperse below 85% of the minimum design concentration. An enclosure must hold the agent above one of these levels for a minimum retention time of 10 minutes.
PFS uses the latest Retrotect software, gauges, and fans. Fans pressurise and depressurise the room while an engineer simultaneously collects data on the induced pressure and airflow. The engineer then inputs this data, along with the room volume and amount of agent, into the software, which produces accurate retention times.
Experience peace of mind with our Room Integrity Test. Our internationally recognised Retrotec Fantestic Software ensures that your enclosure is airtight. By utilising a calibrated and certified axial flow fan, we carefully pressurise and depressurise the room, guaranteeing its complete efficiency.
How do we achieve this? It's simple. We can create and measure the pressure inside and outside the enclosure by running a specially calibrated fan at the optimal speed. By inputting this data and essential details such as the enclosure volume, protected height, and gas fill weight, our software can determine the perfect conditions for a descending interface hold time or mixing concentration.
With our precise methodology and advanced technology, you can trust us to provide accurate results and ensure your room enclosure's utmost safety and effectiveness.
With over 25 years of combined experience performing Integrity Tests, PFS Ltd. guarantees a seamless and reliable process. Our remedial sealing package ensures your enclosure passes with flying colours on the return visit.
Downtime within any area of critical equipment can result in a significant loss of revenue. PFS Ltd. engineers can be on-site to address and resolve integrity problems simultaneously.
We can offer single-fix integrity solutions because we demand the highest level of integrity standards from our Test and Sealing Engineers. We work closely with our customers to achieve pass criteria taking any room to approved integrity levels.
