With over 20 years of industry knowledge, Shaun is a highly experienced managing director and fire suppression specialist. He started his career in 2001 as an enthusiastic labourer, gradually building his skills and expertise working across all areas of mechanical fire suppression. Shaun is now a recognised and authoritative leader in his field. Shaun founded PFS in 2013 to deliver high-quality product services to clients while creating a strong and positive work environment for his team.
Working with PFS for seven years, Sarah started out as the company bookkeeper but has since grown her role to encompass all admin duties, HR, & purchasing; she's even taken on credit control! Sarah also oversees the Service Department & manages small remedial projects, including service exchanges & fire-stopping enclosures, ensuring the success of necessary integrity tests.
Paul has been a dedicated, knowledgeable pipefitter for the last two decades, installing pipework for gas and water systems. He has earned a deep understanding of Fike protection systems and continues to bring his expertise and professional attitude to each project. With eight years spent in the fire protection industry, Paul's diverse experience makes him a skilled, reliable craftsman who understands the intricacies of pipe fitting.
Vinnie is an accomplished engineer, knowledgeable in chemical, inert, high-pressure & low-pressure water mist fire extinguishing systems. A talented small works engineer with over seven years of experience in the industry, Vinnie started his career as a pipe fitters mate. He has extensive knowledge of both installation & commissioning & is highly skilled in fulfilling remedial works for fire suppression systems. Vinnie provides reliable and effective service when it comes to fire safety.
An experienced and dedicated service engineer. Jason has achieved NVQ Level 3 in electrical fire alarms and has extensive knowledge of servicing and integrity testing equipment to the highest standard. With three years under his belt working for PFS, his position covers the UK & Europe. Jason's enthusiasm for his profession shines through with every project he takes on.
As PFS's first employee, Nick has been an essential team member for nine years. With a wealth of knowledge spanning over two decades, Nick began his journey in the industry as a pipe fitter's mate. Since then, he has progressed through his career, achieving further success in small works & installation roles. Qualified as a Level 3 Integrity Tester, he has gained skills in covering the UK and Europe extensively.
Al joined PFS in Oct. 2022, bringing over a decade of industry experience. He has worked his way up from fitter's mate to running service desks & contracts. His expertise and enthusiasm are assets to PFS as Al works hard to build & grow their service department & procure new business opportunities. Al is a team player who strives to provide support & assistance whenever needed.
With more than two decades of experience, seven of which have been spent with PFS, Joe has seen it all. From the oilfields of Kazakhstan to the sugar plantations in North Sudan, Joe has successfully installed every type of fire suppression system, including high & low-pressure mist, foam, inert gas and liquid gas. His hardworking attitude & enthusiasm for any challenge make him a valuable asset in his field.
Steve is on his way to becoming a fire suppression system installation specialist. With 15 years of experience in the construction industry & two in fire suppression, Steve is eager to continue developing his professional skills. As a hardworking and dedicated team member, he looks forward to the future.
Finn has been working for PFS for two years; during this time, he has excelled in his role and gained invaluable knowledge by installing a range of gas-based & mist systems. Finn is eager to continue taking on new challenges & further advancing his career within PFS.
Matt has been a part of PFS for two years, having started as a dedicated improver and now working as a Pipefitter. His passion for plumbing and heating began during his apprenticeship, but his dedication to the profession led him to spend over seven years in the fire suppression industry, honing his skills and expertise.
